Here’s some of our favorite stuff that deals with tech stuff. Check some of them out. (By the way, we’re not responsible for any of the stuff that happens when you try it on your computer. Just because it worked for us doesn’t mean it’ll work for you. Use it at your discretion.
Mac Apps
smcFanControl – This little program has been pretty nice so far. It helps me keep my MacBook fans in shape and keep the system relatively cool. I warn your to be careful with this one.
Firefox – This is one of my most favorite web browsers. It’s very user-friendly, and allows for a lot of customization. The newest build seems to be very fast, and I definitely recommend this program.
TeamViewer – On your Mac, you’ve probably messed around with iChat, the little Instant Messaging program built-in to the Mac OS X operating system. Well, I hope you’ve looked at the screen sharing feature, which is pretty cool. I have found myself unable to screenshare with someone at the worst times, so that’s where this program comes in. TeamViewer is another screensharing program which, in my opinion, runs pretty well for remotely viewing someone else’s desktop.
